• For Frontal installs, Dazzlestyles does NOT work on low hairlines

• Hair must be OIL FREE ( if we have to shampoo it will be additional $25)

• Late Policy: 15 min grace period, After 15 min appointment will be CANCELED

• No call no show no new appointment & your card will be charged for the remaining amount.

• If you decide to leave your appointment at any time before you are finished, your card will be charged for the remaining amount & you will be banned from booking.

• DAZZLE DOES NOT WORK WITH GOLD OR SILVER BANDS !

• If you fail to read all info given prior to your appointment, it can be canceled upon arrival, if you do not have the proper hair for the install

• I offer a $125 same-day fee on top of your service fee. SAME DAY LACE CUSTOMIZATION IS AN ADDITIONAL $100 ADDED TO YOUR SERVICE!!

• * If this is your first time coming to Dazzlestyles, we do recommend you to book a client consultation before booking. IF YOU HAVE ANY HAIR CONDITIONS (extreme eczema, hair loss, Alopecia areata etc.) PLEASE LET BOOKING ASSISTANT KNOW, ALONG WITH PICTURES AND VIDEOS OF YOUR CONDITION.
